When withdrawing from the contract, please fill in the withdrawal form, make sure to include the correct bank account number, and send it together with the goods to the address stated in the form (this will help avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your withdrawal).

Once we receive the returned goods at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt and processing of the shipment, followed by a refund within 14 days. Should any complications arise, we will contact you by email.

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order. If this deadline is not met, the goods will be returned back to you. Postal costs for sending the package to us are not covered by us.

Withdrawal from the contract is only possible if the goods have not been used.
